Join the Elms Retirement Village and their licensed therapists for this FREE weekly exercise class, designed for those with Parkinson's, but beneficial to all.
Participants report significant improvements in quality of life and functional independence. Exercise plans are adapted to all levels of function.

This 10-week series will feature a walking par course with various stations that incorporate body weight and band strength training activities along a 0.25-mile course suitable for all fitness levels. All activities will be explained and demonstrated along the way. This will add a bit of variety and spice to a regular walking routine. If it rains, class will be canceled. All cancellations will be posted on SunDog Yoga. Join our walking series and experience the benefits of our cardio and strength training sessions. Please plan to bring a water bottle, sunglasses, and a hat.
