Walk the woods and river valley looking for spring wildflowers. Hike is approximately 1.25 miles. Hike is even paced but does include a large hill down and up from the valley and an extended walking time. Hiking Stick Program Hiking Level 2 Registration is welcome but not required.

This class focuses on strength, flexibility, posture and falls prevention. Kathy has more than 20 years experience teaching fitness classes, most recently at UH's Avon Fitness Center. You will need to bring 2 or 3 pound weights to class. $26 for a six week session. Registration form and waiver must be completed prior to session start.
