The Zero-Proof Mix Off is a public, no-cost event where attendees sample zero-proof drink concoctions while increasing their awareness of sober driving and zero-proof options. Applications are now OPEN for businesses, agencies, bartenders, student clubs, and other groups that want to enter a drink into this competition.
When: Thursday, December 7, 2017, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
*set up for mixers begins at 3:30 p.m. and judging begins at 5:00 p.m. before the public arrive.
Where: Lorain County Community College Spitzer Conference Center, 189 Innovation Dr., Elyria, OH 44035
What: Create and serve a zero-proof drink, and maybe win an award based on taste, presentation, and creativity.

The Safe Community Coalition, conducted through Lorain County General Health District, hosts this event to increase awareness of sober driving and zero-proof options. After the Mix Off, all drink recipes from participating groups will be featured in a recipe book distributed at Discount Drug Mart locations.
