MLS MHT students and the Lorain County Public Health Department created a 7.5 mile trail connecting all Amherst and Lorain County Metro Parks, Amherst Historical sites (videos), and Amherst businesses (places to take a break or use the restroom). Bring you bikes; strollers or running shoes and explore Amherst, then stop for lunch at one of our downtown restaurants. Here is the website with map and all the fun things to see! Get moving!

Beaver Park Yacht Club Ladies committee will be hosting a Yoga Barre fitness class for art therapy supplies. All supplies will be donated to the Nord Crisis Children's Advocacy Center. All are welcome to participate with out a donation as well. Items needed include: coloring books, journals, notebooks, markers, crayons, and colored pencils/pens.
