Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to improve health and happiness. Class is held at the United Way of Greater Lorain County office in the Ridge Tool Community Engagement Space.

Join us for a Family-Friendly nature walk where we will learn about how animals change in autumn to prepare for winter. This program is designed for families with children in the 4-10 age range but all ages welcome. Approximately 1.5 miles over uneven surfaces with some stairs. Meet in the lobby of the French Creek Nature Center. Registration required by 11/1.

This Zumba class is for all fitness levels. We welcome everyone to come and dance with us, including children ages 10 & up with a participating adult. No childcare is available - sorry for any inconvenience. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow a little slide - worn tennis shoes are perfect! You will want water and a towel because you will sweat, but have lots of fun doing it! There are restrooms on site that can double as changing rooms if coming straight from work.

Join us as we search for Fall migrant waterfowl. The group departs from the Johnson Wetland Center and REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED. After the walk, we'll return to enjoy coffee and discuss our birding checklists.
