This Zumba class is great for all fitness levels! We have all ages of participants, from the pre-teen to the retiree! We meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm-6:30pm from Labor Day through Memorial Day. The last class of the season this year will be 5/30/24. All our welcome!!! Just bring water and towel, wear comfortable clothes, and shoes that allow a little slide. Sorry - no childcare available, but children age 10 and up are encouraged to workout with a participating adult.
Enter the building’s main doors and sign in at the indoor walking table. No cost to participate. All ages are welcome to attend, as well as people using wheelchairs and strollers. If school is canceled due to holiday or weather, indoor walking is also canceled.

Walk the woods and river valley looking for spring wildflowers. Hike is approximately 1.25 miles. Hike is even paced but does include a large hill down and up from the valley and an extended walking time. Hiking Stick Program Hiking Level 2 Registration is welcome but not required.
