Community Partnerships

Lorain County Public Health (LCPH) works with community members to plan, carry out, and evaluate community health initiatives. We partner with communities using various formats, such as community collaboratives, coalitions, committees, and boards. Working in partnership helps gather like minded partners and resources to prevent disease and promote healthy behaviors.
