Walking With Sole is a free community social walking hour. Meet at pavilion one, the pavilion closest to the bathrooms. Every other week, local health professionals and community leaders will speak at the beginning of the event for 10 minutes in pavilion one. No membership or registration is required. All ages and abilities are invited to join. In case of inclement weather, walks will be canceled for the evening - check Heart & Sole’s Facebook page for cancellation.
Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to improve health and happiness. Class is held at the United Way of Greater Lorain County office in the Ridge Tool Community Engagement Space.
Tai Chi is a series of Qigong movements that are gentle, flowing, meditative, and healing. It can be done sitting or standing by people of every age and physical condition. Join instructor Annamarie and enjoy Tai Chi on the patio/observation deck of the French Creek Nature Center. Preregister by the day of the program for one or more in a series each Saturday morning - FREE!

Participants will use a map and compass to navigate the 5 miles of trails in the reservation after learning how to use the items to navigate their surroundings. Participants will also be given a blank map and will draw the trail as they navigate, seeing how close they are to the trail map when complete. Be dressed for the weather and bring water as there are no facilities on site.

Come explore Kipton Reservation and learn how to safely navigate water crossings. We will be completing the 2-mile-long trail while discussing when it is safe or unsafe to navigate a water crossing. Great for viewing wildlife. Trails are rugged. Prepare to get muddy and wet. Hiking Level: 3
