Help Stop Overdoses: naloxone kits at no cost

Nasal naloxone is available for parents, partners, and anyone else who wants to prevent an opioid overdose of a loved one. Project DAWN is an overdose education and naloxone distribution program. Naloxone (sometimes called Narcan) is a medication that can reverse an overdose caused by an opioid drug. When given, Naloxone restores breathing and blocks the drug’s effects on the brain-- it often prevent death.

Food Safety Training: Levels 1 and 2

Restaurants, grocery stores, and other places that sell food follow the Ohio Food Code. One part of the code requires a “Person In Charge” to be on duty at all times in the establishment. To be a “Person In Charge,” a staff member needs to attend a Level 1 Training.
