August vaccine clinics

Posted on: July 13, 2017

Back-to-school is a busy time for families, which is why this August the Lorain County General Health District (LCGHD) will offer vaccines for children, teens, and adults at locations across Lorain County. Students need up-to-date vaccines to protect themselves and classmates from serious diseases, like meningitis, chicken pox, human papillomavirus, measles, and mumps. Vaccine clinics will be held at the following dates and locations:

Travel-related vaccines and resources are available by appointment. Clinic times and dates are subject to change. Call 440-284-3206 to check clinic times or to make an appointment. Walk-ins welcome. All children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring current immunization record, insurance card, and cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard. LCGHD participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program to provide vaccines to children that qualify. No child in the VFC program is turned away for inability to pay.
