If you need infant formula

  • Before going shopping...
    • Call the store first and ask if they have the formula you need.
    • Ask when the next formula shipment arrives.
    • Ask when the store usually stocks its shelves.
  • At the store...
    • Ask a store worker if there is more formula in the back if there is not any on the shelf.
    • Talk to the pharmacy to see if they can help.
  • Use your WIC benefits right away - do not wait until the end of the month to buy your baby's formula.
  • If you can't find your baby's prescription formula, call a healthcare provider and ask if they can prescribe a different formula.
