November vaccine clinics

Protect against vaccine-preventable diseases, including measles, whooping cough (pertussis) and meningitis. Lorain County Public Health (LCPH) offers recommended vaccines for children, teens, and adults at locations across the county. Vaccine appointments can be made at 440-284-3206; walk-ins are also welcome.

Vaccine clinics this November include:

  • Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    Lorain County Public Health, 9880 South Murray Ridge Road, Elyria
    Closed Monday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
    Closed Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 in observance of Thanksgiving.

  • Wednesday, Nov. 6, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Clinic closed 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. for staff training.
    Lorain County Public Health, 9880 South Murray Ridge Road, Elyria

  • Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
    Wellington Town Hall, 115 Willard Memorial Square, Wellington

  • Wednesday, Nov. 20, 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
    Avon VFW, 36950 Mills Road, Avon

  • After-hours clinic in Lorain on the fourth Wednesday – Cancelled in observance of Thanksgiving.

Clinic times and dates are subject to change. Bring vaccine record if available, photo ID, insurance card, and cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard. All children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. LCPH participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program to provide vaccines to children who qualify; no child in the VFC program is denied vaccine for inability to pay. Travel vaccines and resources needed to enable a healthy trip are available – call 440-284-3206 four weeks before departure for an appointment.
