Project Dawn, Narcan

Project DAWN is an overdose education and naloxone distribution program. Naloxone is a medication that can reverse an overdose caused by an opioid drug. When administered, it blocks the drug’s effects on the brain and restores breathing.

Nasal naloxone can be dispensed to a parent, partner, family member, or friend who believes a loved one is at risk for an opioid overdose.
